Welcome Home Radio started in Jan 2015 as an effort to educate everyone listening to our show on the Loan processing & their options available to them. Blair Thomas’ desire for the show was to help people know key information in their largest purchase that most of them will ever make. Thom Hulme was and still is today the co-host of this show. Over the years and since day one, we have worked with Mark Wariner and his media company. Originally as a radio show with KVGI Radio and as of 2022 which is now LUNATIC Digital at LUNATICdigital.com. Since starting we have added Alan Pace as our Realtor Professional to bring a full 360 view of the process/transaction. And in 2023 Jeff Duffee is a new co-host to the team from Fidelity National Title.
We bring in guest speakers from Title, UW, Credit, inspections, Appraisal, all other facets of the process. We encourage questions and hearing what you are concerned about within the process & hearing of your experiences.
This website marks 7+ years and we call this Welcome Home Radio for 6 seasons now. Many of our past shows are on our YouTube channel or Facebook page.
